Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Refunds are applicable if:

• The returned item is approved for refund.
• The order is cancelled before dispatch.
• The product is out of stock after order confirmation.

Please note:

• Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) or bank transfer.
