We deliver across Dhaka City and Nationwide using trusted partners like SteadFast, PaperFly, Pathao, Sundarban Courier, and SA Poribohon. The courier used may vary based on your location to ensure the fastest delivery.

We typically aim for next-day delivery, but it can occasionally take up to 3 working days.

Outside Dhaka / Nationwide

2–5 Business Days

Delivery depends on the courier service and destination. We will keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.

  • Dispatch Note: We usually dispatch orders placed and confirmed before 5 PM on the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM are typically dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Charges & Free Shipping

Our delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the total value/weight of your order.

  • Free Delivery: Orders over BDT 10,000 (and under 2 kg in weight) qualify for FREE delivery across Bangladesh!
  • Dhaka City: If your order is below the free delivery threshold, the exact rate will be quoted at checkout.
  • Nationwide: Standard nationwide delivery for most items is typically BDT 100 to BDT 150, with the final cost quoted at checkout.

Yes, you can pick up your order directly from our office.

Important Steps for Office Pickup:

  1. Place your order online first.

  3. Once confirmed, you can pick up your order during our operating hours (please confirm the schedule when you call).

Tracking Your Order

  • Confirmation: We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse. This often includes a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Online: You can log into your RawVero account at any time to check the live status of your order.
  • Stay Alert: Please keep an eye on your phone calls and SMS for updates from the courier to ensure a successful delivery!
